The University of Utah Asia Campus

The University of Utah Asia Campus is an extended regional campus of the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. Known as a global campus, all classes are taught in English. Students studying at the University of Utah Asia Campus gets the same University of Utah degree as the students studying at the Salt Lake campus and are required to spend two semesters at the Salt Lake campus. Salt Lake City students can also visit and study at the Asia Campus if they sign up through the Learning Abroad program. Eight majors are offered at the Asia Campus, including the electrical engineering, games, communication, film and media arts, psychology and accounting. The Asia Campus opened in 2014 in Songdo, Incheon, in a neighborhood known as the Incheon Global Campus.

Various campuses of international universities such as the State University of New York Korea and George Mason University of Korea are also part of the global campus, located within close walking distance of each other. Students who meet the minimum 3.0 GPA requirement and sign up for the cross-registration program at the start of each semester can take classes at the two other universities.
